Job Description:
- Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) ensure in line with business and user needs.
- Translate user requirement into Functional Solution Design (FSD) and proper functional handover to Development Team (Developer / Vendor).
- Monitoring systems / applications to ensure work progress is in accordance with the BRD & FSD and the time specified.
- Encourage solution analysis and testing of requirements gathering while taking into account risk factors.
- Analyze and solution design, prototyping, drive and execute project implementation.
- Monitoring User Acceptance Test (UAT) and coordinate test activities to ensure solution are delivered based on business requirements and solution design.
- Manage Team Member
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience gathering user requirements and drive solutions analysis for HR System including Payroll & Tax (HRIS)
- Create timeline project implementation.
- Must be able to create Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Solution Design (FSD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).
- Ensure benefit and cost analysis for the project.
- Coordinate UAT activities to ensure solutions are delivered based on requirements.
- Project Management using waterfall / agile methodolgy.
- Able to manage team member.
- Strong in leadership skill and have a good communication skill.

- Willing to be placed in Pasar Minggu Area & Kranggan, Cibubur
